Made to Crave Action Plan – Week 5 – Bridging the Gap

Sadly, this is our final week of our Bible Study called  Made to Crave Action Plan by Lysa TerKeurst and Dr. Ski Chilton  with Proverbs 31,Org.  During our study this week we talked about “bridging the gap” between trials and blessings.  Can you think back to times when you were in a gut-wrenching trial, and then later to see how God blessed you when it was over, or used it even years later to bless your heart?  Perseverance through our trials is the key!  Is it hard?  You bet it is, but we have to keep our eyes on Jesus.

“Between every trial and every blessing is a path we must walk and the path is perseverance.”
~Lysa TerKeurst

Above are a few pictures of the bridges and roads we travel from our home to get to Llano, Texas.  The last picture shows a bridge over the river in downtown Llano.

For me these will be reminders each time we drive down to Llano of how I am becoming mature and complete in Him!

I hope you will join us in our next amazing Bible Study by Wendy Blight called Living So That. lst

Head over the and sign up.

  1. Another wonderful message Debbie! Thank you. I love your outlook and I am amidst several trials and am having a hard time getting back up. Thank you for your blog Debbie. It has given me focus for now to know that trials are for a purpose and my “test” can be turned into a “testimony”, my ashes for beauty. I look forward to moving onto “Living So That”. and continuing to perservere.

  2. Love all of your pictures of bridges. I don’t think I will cross one again without thinking of how we cross over from our trials to our blessings. Love ya!
